Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh Churchill has just won Actress of the Year at the recently held 2016 Peace Achievers Awards. The excited mother of one took to her Instagram page to share, “A big Thank You to the Team @ peaceambassadorawards and to my beautiful FANS.Much APPRECIATED. Bless you...” Despite not making movies in the last one year as the actress is busy at the home front she still won the award based on her contribution to the Nollywood.
2016 Peace Achievers Awards was held on September 24 at Abuja Sheraton hotels and Towers. The award was given by the CEO Ambassador for Peace agency, Kingsley Amafibe. In like manner, Oladunni Churchill has been receiving awards and getting media attention since his marriage to the beautiful actress. He was honoured by the United Nations as a 2015 Nigerian Goodwill ambassador.
